Refund policy

At Glam Avenue, our return policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition in which you received it

  • In its original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Book with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CD, DVD, tape, software, or video game

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company — processing delays may occur

  3. Contact your bank

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us by email.
The return address will be provided once your request is approved.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued at over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
